AsoNexa connects customers with independent tailors. Your sign-in provider verifies your identity, and an administrator reviews your application before your workspace opens. Each workspace has its own access permissions.

What we use to protect accounts

We use your verified sign-in identifier, account email, approval state and activity counts to limit abuse. We do not collect browser fingerprints. Shared internet connections and unusual activity are risk indicators, not proof that two accounts belong to the same person.

For sign-in rate limits, the server converts the network address into a temporary, daily-changing keyed identifier. Raw network addresses are not stored in the application’s rate-limit records. Those records expire within two hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Activity review signals expire after 90 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Administrators record the reasons for access decisions so a restriction can be reviewed or reversed. Account and order records, including decision audit history, are retained while needed to operate your account and resolve outstanding orders; contact support to request access, correction or deletion review.

Your designs and measurements

Catalog photos are checked for valid image content and suitability. Uncertain results are held for administrator review. Where automated image assessment is enabled, a reduced image is processed by the configured image provider; we do not use photos to identify people or infer sensitive traits. The upload explains how to request a review.

Original catalog uploads stay in private storage. Approved customers receive reduced-size previews. This reduces exposure of original files but cannot prevent someone from copying a visible preview. Private order details and measurements are restricted to the relevant customer, assigned tailor and administrators.

You can supply measurements manually. Photos do not guarantee automatic measurement accuracy.

Optional photo assist processes front and side photos and your height through AsoNexa’s measurement engine, with your explicit consent. The engine encrypts temporary sessions, removes uploaded photos after processing, and expires temporary sessions within one hour. You can request immediate deletion in the capture form. Cleanup runs while the engine is available; closing the page attempts deletion but cannot guarantee immediate removal during a connection failure. Photos are not used for training. Local photo previews disappear when you leave the capture form.

Live camera access is optional and starts only when you choose Start camera and grant browser permission. The preview stays on your device; no audio is recorded. Captured front and side photos join the same consent-based upload flow. The camera stops when you close the guide, leave the page, or finish the side capture.

When you choose to use and save estimates, the selected references, quality scores and measurement definitions become part of your saved measurement record, under the same access and retention rules as other measurements. Saving estimates does not constitute tailor approval.

Sign-in and email

Google and, when enabled, Apple handle sign-in. An Apple private relay address can be used for your account. Transactional messages use your account email for updates such as approval and support. Development email delivery is disabled.
