How do I find a tailor?
Create a customer account. Once your account is approved, explore studio portfolios and request a quote from a maker whose work you love. The style edit on this page is inspiration, not a live product catalog.
What does tailor verification mean?
Tailors submit their studio details for administrator review before their workspace opens. Review is an access check, not a guarantee of every garment. Ask about relevant experience, inspect portfolio work and agree quality expectations before commissioning a piece.
How do payments work?
You and your tailor agree a quote before production. AsoNexa is currently in an early-access pilot using Paystack test payments. Live payments are not yet available; no real payment should be made through the pilot checkout.
Do I need to upload body photos?
No. You can enter measurements manually or work with your tailor. Photo-based AI measurements are a future feature, intended to be optional, consent-led and checked with a tailor before cutting.
What if I need help with my order?
Keep your agreed specifications, fitting notes and timeline in your order conversation. Contact support@asonexa.com if something needs attention. Ask your maker about alterations and delivery arrangements before accepting a quote.
